Colin Andrew Pereira
Managing Partner
Colin Andrew Pereira is the firm’s founding and managing partner. Colin specializes in commercial disputes with an emphasis on shareholder and corporate disputes. He has appeared in all levels of courts in Malaysia, and has conducted numerous trials in the High Court of Malaya as well as appeals in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court. Colin has also conducted arbitrations, both domestic and international, and holds a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. Colin is a graduate of the University of Bristol and was admitted to the English Bar as a barrister of Gray’s Inn, in 1992. He was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1993 and thereafter to the Singapore Bar in 1997.
